As we were working with Halva, we started planning the program for Saturday's Holy Day celebration. We were wondering about his level of interest in the Faith, but he was contributing to the planning by encouraging us to boldly share Bahá'u'lláh's life and Writings and not worry about what the Methodists will think. That's for them to worry about. Besides, wouldn't it be silly to hide from someone that Christ has returned if they have been waiting for Him their whole life?

Lydna returned from St. Maarten. It is wonderful to have her around. She is so loving and offers timely advise. She brought the jewelry supplies that Halva ordered. My typo of "Marin" vs. "Martin" thankfully didn't cost me US$154.

The Millingtons weren't able to come to prepare the skit for the celebration, but Jamal, Suhayl and Akil were. Jamal was showing amazing determination in furthering his already superb reading skills (for an eight-year-old). The boys loved playing with each other and with us, but we were able to keep them more or less settled long enough to get the work done. Children are more likely to exhibit the behavior you want if they know you expect them to and believe they are capable. Afterward we played soccer and hokm.

Cristina and I prepared a to-do list for ourselves to stay organised and focused.
